How will I hear back about my results?
QuickReferenceCheck.com will return your reference report within 3 business days through your specified e-mail address.
If you would like, you can have a paper report mailed or faxed to your address as well. This process will take much longer to receive your results then by e-mail.

How do I know that my report is real and accurate?
All calls are recorded when doing a reference check for our clients. The recorded file is then played back and copied to paper to create the report which is provided to the customer.
Can I get a copy of the recorded calls to my references?
Yes! This is the main practice of QuickReferenceCheck.com. As long as the contacted reference grants QuickReferenceCheck.com permission to do so. If permission is not granted, you will receive a copy of text copy of the reference sent to you via email.
If I get a negative report back, can I take legal action against the person that is reference slamming me?
References should not be held liable for reference slamming. References are entitled to their own thoughts and opinions. The service that QuickReferenceCheck.com provides is only to be used to help customers find good references that can be used. QuickReferenceCheck.com will not support any form of legal action against any contacted reference. QuickReferenceCheck.com suggests that if you do receive a negative report back from a reference that you simply remove that person from your reference list and replace them with a more positive reference.
What does it mean when my report comes back saying "No Comment"?
This means that all provided avenues to contact your reference have been exhausted and no contact with this reference has been made. To avoid this from happening, please make sure you provide us with all of the person's contact information you have available. One other cause of a "No Comment" report would be that the contacted reference declined to provide you a reference, good or bad.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund your fee within 24 hours of your order provided that you contact us by email to cancel your order. This option is voided if the order processing has already been started (ie QuickReferenceCheck.com has already started to contact and check your references).
Why don't you have a contact phone number?
The reason at this time is to keep costs down and still be able to offer some of the best prices for our services. QuickReferenceCheck.com will be connecting a toll free number in the Spring of 2007. Email is still the preferred method of contact and are generally responded to the same day.
What could stop me from receiving my reports?
90% of the time you will receive your report by email. Some emails may not be received because your email system may interpret our reports as SPAM. If this happens and you do not receive your reports after four business days please contact us at sales@quickreferencecheck.com.
I own a business and have a bulk order of references I would like checked. So you do special orders for companies?
