This "basic" check deals with the primary information of your employment history and job performance. This check is recommended for the job-seeker or current employee who is not in a supervisor or management position.

This check would include:

		Verification of employment dates
		Work attendance
		Reason for termination of employment (if applicable)
		Considered for re-hire

Professional Reference Check

This "professional" check includes the topics covered in the "basic" check as well as a more in depth look at your strengths and weaknesses in applicable areas. This check is recommended for those in a more specialized position.

This check would also include:

		What your responsibilities were on a daily basis
		An evaluation of your written and verbal communication skills
		An evaluation of technical skills and knowledge

Executive Reference Check

This "executive" check is our most complete and in depth reference check. It includes all of the topics covered in both the "basic" and "professional" check. This check is recommended for supervisors and management positions.

This check would also include:

		Description of strengths and weakness professionally
		Evaluation of leadership skills and integrity
		Evaluation of decision-making and multi-tasking skills
		Evaluation of adaptability
		Additional comments pertaining to your work performance
